How does it work?

If at any time within 180 days of delivery of your purchase you change your mind about your order, simply download the form below and return your boxes to us for a full refund, including opened boxes.

Please note that packages sent to an address other than the one mentioned on the return form will not be refunded.

Obtaining my return form

To obtain your form and receive a refund, simply contact our Customer Service team, who will be happy to assist you.

Additional information

You are responsible for any return shipping costs, delivery costs, taxes, and customs duties.

In the event of a partial return, the refund will be based on the number of boxes you have returned to us. We cannot refund boxes that we have not received.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply in cases of misuse (requests for refunds on orders of multiple boxes that have been completely emptied, multiple refund requests, etc.).
